CNSS Declaration File Guide
What Morocco's CNSS (social security) portal typically expects from uploaded declaration documents, and the formatting details that most often cause a submission to bounce.
CNSS (Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale) handles Morocco's social security declarations and services online, and like most Moroccan administrative portals, it applies fairly strict format and size rules to document uploads — rules that aren't always obvious until an upload gets rejected.
PDF is the expected format
Declaration-related documents (attestations, supporting records, identity documents) are almost always expected as PDF. A photo of a physical document, uploaded directly as a JPG, is the single most common reason a document gets flagged or asked for again — even when the content itself is perfectly readable.

The size limit is stricter than a typical phone photo
A document photographed with a modern phone and saved straight to PDF is routinely several megabytes; CNSS-related uploads are commonly capped well under that. Compressing after converting, rather than trying to photograph at lower quality, keeps the document legible while getting the file down to size:

As with most Moroccan administrative portals, combining multiple unrelated documents into a single merged PDF when the form has separate fields for each is a common mistake — check what each specific upload field expects before merging anything together.
