Prepare Your Full Concours Dossier in One Go

Putting together a concours application usually means opening five different browser tabs: one to compress your photo, one for your CIN, one for your diploma, one for your signature — and remembering the right target size for each one. Miss a step, and you find out from a rejection, not from the tool.
What the wizard actually does
It's the same tools you'd use anyway, just walked through in the right order, one document at a time:
- ID photo — drop any recent photo; it's automatically cropped to the standard 35×45mm size and compressed.
- CIN front — drop a photo of the front; compressed to a sensible size.
- CIN back — same for the back; the two are automatically combined into a single two-page PDF at the end.
- Diploma or transcript — drop your PDF; compressed to fit a typical portal limit.
- Signature — drop a photo of your signature on plain paper; the background is removed automatically, leaving a clean transparent PNG.
Any step you don't need, you skip. At the end, you get one ZIP file with everything correctly named — photo_identite.jpg, cin.pdf, diplome.pdf, signature.png — ready to attach to your application.
Where it saves the most time
The CIN step is the one people usually get wrong manually: portals often want front and back as a single PDF, not two separate images, and forgetting to merge them is a common rejection reason. The wizard does this automatically as part of the flow — you never have to remember that step exists.
What it doesn't do
The photo-crop step is automatic and centered — fast, but not adjustable within the wizard itself. If your photo needs precise manual cropping (off-center subject, needs rotation first), use the standalone ID photo tool for that one document, then continue the wizard for the rest.
The default size targets are sensible defaults, not guaranteed to match every portal's exact limit. Once you've built your dossier, it's worth running each file through the file checker against your specific portal before submitting — it takes a few seconds and confirms you're not about to get rejected over a number nobody told you.
When to use this instead of the individual tools
If you're preparing everything from scratch for the first time, the wizard is faster — one guided pass instead of remembering which tool does what. If you're just fixing one file that already failed somewhere, go straight to the specific tool instead; there's no need to walk the whole flow again.
